Storage Agreement definition
Storage Agreement means the precious metals storage agreement to be entered into between the Manager, on behalf of the Trust, and the Bullion Custodian, as the same may be amended, restated or supplemented from time to time;
Storage Agreement means an agreement between a warehouse operator and a depositor that sets out the terms on which the warehouse operator agrees to store goods.
Storage Agreement has the meaning specified in the recitals hereto.
