Other Users means the manufacturers, logistic suppliers, EPC companies, O&M contractors, and/or any other potential users of the Solar Park and shall also include Companies, individuals, associations, and NGOs providing services like but not limited to training, education, community welfare, housing, commercial establishments, hospitality, and other ancillary functions

Other Users means volunteers, agents, contractors, consultants and other non- state users who are authorized to use or access the State’s IT resources.

• Except as provided in Permitted Uses herein, Grantee, its Authorized Users and Other Users agree not to forward, transfer, sell, rent, or otherwise knowingly distribute or provide access to the ACS Products or any portions thereof, to any third party.

Other Users means the Co-operative Society, Farmer, Milk Collector, Co-operative Shop, Agrovet Shop and Field Agent.

Other Users means entities that Deliver Food Waste to the Facility other than CCCSWA. Permits means all Federal, State and local, statutory or regulatory approvals, or other measures or mechanisms necessary for the District to be in full legal compliance in the performance of all the District’s obligations, as renewed or amended from time to time. Pomace means rejected material after acceptance and processing of Food Waste, but prior to digestion, that requires recycling or Disposal. Process (or Processing or any other variation thereof) means the handling, digestion and Disposal of Food Waste and Pomace and Residual of Digested Food Solids by the District at the Facility after Acceptance.

Other Users means the meaning given such term in paragraph (o) of Section 2 hereof.

Other Users means persons or entities who are directly or indirectly authorized by ICIS to access and use information in the Datastore. ‘Sublicence’ has the meaning set out in Section 3.6 of this Attachment 1. ‘Submitted Data’ means information or data that is contributed from time to time by the Member to become part of the Datastore, including as described in Attachment 4 (Submitted Data), as such information or data may be changed from time to time in accordance with Attachment 4. ‘Submitted Documentation’ means any technical documentation that the Member may provide to ICIS in respect of the Submitted Data.

Other Users. Other Producers who are Users. Party: Transporter or Producers, or any of their respective successors or assigns, collectively referred to as Parties.

Processing also means the baling, crushing, shredding, chipping, grinding or any other 343 method of preparing Acceptable Materials for further Processing (for example, at the AD Facility) or 344 Marketing.
