Other Users definition

Other Users means all authorized users of the Registry other than the User identified below.

Other Users means the manufacturers, logistic suppliers, EPC companies, O&M contractors, and/or any other potential users of the Solar Park and shall also include Companies, individuals, associations, and NGOs providing services like but not limited to training, education, community welfare, housing, commercial establishments, hospitality, and other ancillary functions

Other Users means volunteers, agents, contractors, consultants and other non- state users who are authorized to use or access the State’s IT resources.

• At Attaching Party’s request, the parties will engage in good faith negotiations with each other, with Other Users, and with third-party property owners and cooperatively take such other steps as may be necessary to avoid the unnecessary removal of Attaching Party’s facilities.

• Each party shall exercise due care to avoid damaging the facilities of the other or of Other Users and hereby assumes all responsibility for any and all loss from damage caused by the party and persons acting on the party’s behalf.

• A party shall make an immediate report to the other of the occurrence of any damage and hereby agrees to reimburse the other party, and/or Other Users for any property damaged caused by the party or persons acting on the party’s behalf.

• Attaching Party shall make arrangements with the Other Users with facilities attached to SBC-13STATE’s poles or occupying space in SBC-13STATE’s conduit system regarding reimbursement for any expenses incurred by the Other Users in transferring or rearranging the Other Users’ facilities to accommodate the attachment or placement of Attaching Party’s facilities to or in SBC-13STATE’s poles, ducts, conduits and rights of ways.

• SBC-13STATE shall not be required to collect or remit any such amounts to Attaching Party, to resolve or adjudicate disputes over reimbursement between Attaching Party and Other Users.

More Definitions of Other Users

Other Users means the Farmer, Milk Collector, Co-operative Shop, Agrovet Shop and Field Agent.

Other Users means any Person delivering Spot Market Materials to the Facility as authorized by the 330 Service Contractor, and approved by the County, as applicable. 331 “Party; Parties”, means County and City, individually and together. 332 “Permit(s)” means all Federal, State, City, other local and any other governmental unit permits, orders, 333 licenses, approvals, authorizations, consents and entitlements of whatever kind and however described 334 which are required under Applicable Law to be obtained or maintained by any Person with respect to the 335 Facilities or the performance of any obligation under this Agreement, as renewed or amended from time 336 to time. 337 “Person”, means any individual, firm, association, organization, partnership, corporation, trust, joint 338 venture, the United States, the State, a county, a municipality or special purpose district, or other entity 339 whatsoever. 340 “Process”; “Processing” (or any other variation thereof), means the picking, pulling, sorting, separating, 341 classifying and recovery of Recovered Materials from Acceptable Materials by the Service Contractor at 342 the Project Site. Processing also means the baling, crushing, shredding, chipping, grinding or any other 343 method of preparing Acceptable Materials for further Processing (for example, at the AD Facility) or 344 Marketing.

Other Users means the Agents (excluding the Manager), contractors and third parties of Company, Arcadian Trinidad Ammonia Limited, Arcadian Trinidad Limited (formerly Arcadian Trinidad Urea Limited), Caribbean Methanol Company Limited, Shell Lubricants Caribbean Limited, Trinidad and Tobago Methanol Company Limited and any other user of the Pier as may be advised by Company from time to time.

Other Users means a third party using the Centre.

Other Users means Customer’s Affiliates, agents, contractors, or authorized end users. “Primary System” means an Appliance for w hich Customer has obtained a license from Provider. “Product” means the Appliance and the Documentation.
