Licensed User definition

Licensed User means an employee, contractor or agent of Client who is authorized by Client to access and use the Licensed Software, to whom a password and user ID has been issued by Client and whose access to the Licensed Software has not been terminated, suspended or surrendered.
Licensed User means a natural person employed by or under contract to Licensee who is assigned a unique and fixed user account to consume one license to use the Licensed Software, Output, or an Application, under this License Agreement, regardless of whether such individual is actively using the Licensed Software, Output, or an Application at any given time. Licenses for Licensed Users are priced on a per seat or site subscription basis.
Licensed User and “Licensed Users” means AAMC and its Subsidiaries, if any.

More Definitions of Licensed User

Licensed User means a person nominated by Customer who has been given a Logon ID by CCH.
Licensed User means a user with certain rights to use the Subscription Service on Customer’s behalf. Customer’s SysAdmin(s) may designate any user with a registered Smartsheet login as a Licensed User.

Services are separate from and exclude Support. “Source Code” shall mean all necessary instructions, tools, documents, computer programs or code in human readable language from which machine readable, executable code can be derived. “Support” means the support set forth in the attached Support Schedule. “ Territory” shall mean worldwide. “Use” means to activate the processing capabilities of the Software, or to load, install, configure, execute, access, or employ the Software, or display information using the processing capabilities of the Software. “Version” means each issuance of the Software generally available through Support that does not involve a significant change in functionality over a previous issuance of the Software, excluding third party software whether licensed through Denim Group or not, which may or may not be identified by a numeric identifier to the right of a decimal point (e.g., 3.1).
