• G.1 The Contractor’s System shall support the Business Intelligence (BI) functions and will deliver a balanced set of capabilities to the internal State Users across three (3) areas: information delivery, analysis, and development.

• The solution shall provide a reporting module that will allow the State Users, based on roles, to run existing reports and request ad hoc reports.

• The Contractor shall provide training and knowledge transfer programs for State Users.

• State Users request Credits by entering Closed Reason information on the Close / Collect tab for the individual match.
