Operations Budget definition

Operations Budget means that portion of a Contractor's budget allocation set forth in Exhibit A, that is intended for the delivery of regional centerdirect consumer services" and "administration."
Operations Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.1.2. The initial Operations Budgets will be agreed in writing by the Parties as soon as reasonably practicable on or after the Effective Date.

Operations Budget means the budget for each Group SPVs setting out revenues and expenditures for the period between the Valuation Date and Closing Date, as set forth in Schedule 16;

  • DIP Budget means the “Approved Budget” as defined in the DIP Term Facility Order.
