Capital Expenditure Budget definition

Capital Expenditure Budget shall constitute an estimate for the applicable period of the capital expenditures required to (i) accomplish capital enhancement projects included in the most recently approved Strategic Plan, (ii) maintain and preserve the Partnership's assets in good operating condition and repair and (iii) achieve or maintain compliance with any HSE Law.
Capital Expenditure Budget means a written budget specifying proposed capital expenditures to be made by CRC with respect to Shared Assets for the periods of time specified in such budget, and the proposed sources of the capital required to make such expenditures.
Capital Expenditure Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(a).

More Definitions of Capital Expenditure Budget

Capital Expenditure Budget means a budget setting forth the projected capital expenditures of the Loan Parties for the calendar year 2019, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Agent.
