Annual Operating Budget definition

Annual Operating Budget as defined in Section 6.2(c).

Annual Operating Budget shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 10.01.

Examples of Annual Operating Budget in a sentence

Within forty-five (45) days before the commencement of each Fiscal Year, the Operating Parties shall submit a proposed Annual Operating Budget, with respect to such Fiscal Year.
The Administrative Agent and the Lenders shall have received an initial Annual Operating Budget, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Lenders, with respect to (i) the remaining portion of the Fiscal Year in which the Conversion Date occurs and (ii) if the Conversion Date occurs after October 1 of the Fiscal Year, the subsequent Fiscal Year.

Annual Operating Budget means the annual operating budget for Borrower and its Subsidiaries in substantially the form of, and containing substantially the same or similar information as set forth in, the Annual Operating Budget (Business Plan) for Borrower and its Subsidiaries included in the lender presentation delivered to prospective Syndication Parties at the May 28, 2015 bank group meeting.

Annual Operating Budget shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 5.09(b).

Annual Operating Budget means the annual operating budget of the Company for each Fiscal Year. Annual Operating Budgets shall be developed by the Officers and will be subject to the approval of the Board of Directors.

Annual Operating Budget means an annual operating projection for the Hotel prepared and submitted by Manager to Owner and approved by Owner for each Fiscal Year pursuant to Section 4.4(a).

Annual Operating Budget has the meaning as set forth in Section 8.01(c)(i).

Annual Operating Budget has the meaning given in Section 5.14.3 of the Credit Agreement.
