More Definitions of Annual Operating Budget

Annual Operating Budget means the annual operating budget for Borrower and its Subsidiaries in substantially the form of, and containing substantially the same or similar information as set forth in, the Annual Operating Budget (Business Plan) for Borrower and its Subsidiaries included in the booklet delivered to the Syndication Parties at the April 15, 2010 bank group meeting.
