Cost Breakdown definition

Cost Breakdown means the schedule of costs for the Improvements, as set forth in the Construction Funding Agreement and as the same may be amended from time to time with Funding Lender’s consent.

Cost Breakdown means a reasonably detailed description and cost breakdown of the Work to be paid or reimbursed from the disbursement from the applicable Reserve Account.
