Direct Consumer Services definition

Direct Consumer Services means those direct services to persons with developmental disabilities delivered by Contractor. These services include but are not limited to case management, funds management for persons with developmental disabilities, rights assurance, diagnosis and assessment, intake, prevention, quality assurance, program development, and other services under the Lanterman Act provided directly by Contractor.
