Materials Costs definition

Materials Costs means the actual costs incurred by Tekmira for the procurement, qualification, purchase, in-bound shipping and freight insurance, testing, validation, and storage of any and all Tekmira Materials for a Product, other than Supplies.
Materials Costs means the direct cost of materials used by BioMedica in the performance of the Collaboration Plan;

  • If compensation is payable to DB Contractor with respect to Hazardous Materials Management, the amount of the Change Order shall either be a negotiated amount acceptable to the Parties, or 100% of the Reimbursable Hazardous Materials Costs for the work in question, subject to the limitations set forth in this Section 4.5.11.

More Definitions of Materials Costs

Materials Costs means, with respect to any product, the direct --------------- material costs of such product as determined by the cost accounting systems of the Partnership (excluding any Upfit Materials Costs).

If the Subcontractor furnishes its own materials, the price to be paid for such materials shall not exceed the Subcontractor's established catalog or market price, adjusted to reflect the quantities being acquired, and actual cost of any modifications necessary because of contract requirements. To the extent able, the Subcontractor shall (i) Obtain materials at the most advantageous prices available with due regard to securing prompt delivery of satisfactory materials; and (ii) Take all cash and trade discounts, rebates, allowances, credits, salvage, commissions, and other benefits. The Subcontractor shall give credit to the Contractor for cash and trade discounts, rebates, scrap, commissions, and other amounts that have accrued to the benefit of the Contractor, or would have accrued except for the fault or neglect of the Subcontractor. The Contractor will not pay Mark up to the Subcontractor on materials, except as expressly provided herein.
Materials Costs means the out of pocket cost for raw material, packaging components and/or finished goods which are purchased from any Third Party or its Affiliates. To the extent invoiced to Centocor by such Third Party or **Certain portions of this exhibit have been omitted based upon a request for confidential treatment that has been filed with the Commission.
