Valuation Date definition

Valuation Date means the date of receipt by the General Partner of a Notice of Redemption or, if such date is not a Business Day, the first Business Day thereafter.
Valuation Date means any day during the Plan Term where the Plan or the Securities are valued according to prevailing market conditions on that day.
Valuation Date has the meaning specified in Section 312(c).
