Contracting Party definition

Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.

Contracting Party means any State or intergovernmental organization party to this Treaty;

• If the President is a national of either Contracting Party or if he is otherwise prevented from discharging the said function, the Vice-President shall be invited to make the necessary appointments.

More Definitions of Contracting Party

Contracting Party means a state or Regional Economic Integration Organization which has consented to be bound by this Treaty and for which the Treaty is in force.
