Contracting Party definition

Contracting Party shall have the meaning designated in the preamble to Section 5.2 hereof.
Contracting Party means any State or intergovernmental organization party to this Treaty;
Contracting Party means a state or Regional Economic Integration Organization which has consented to be bound by this Treaty and for which the Treaty is in force.
