Second Party means the person, firm or company submitting a tender against the Invitation to Tender and includes his/ its/ their staff, consultants, parent and associate and subsidiary companies, agents, consortium and joint venture partners, sub-contractors, suppliers, sellers, buyers, customers etc, including heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, successors.
