The Second Party undertakes to pay the full amount of the loan by consecutive monthly installments, the amount of each installment being KD (In words) , including the principal and interest due, in addition to the amount of the insurance premium, in the event where the customer wishes to insure the loan.
The Second Party fails to pay any of the loan installments shown specified in the contract or part thereof on its due date, or in the event that there is no credit balance in the Second Party’s account that covers any amount payable by him.
The Second Party exchanges part of his pension or resorts to early retirement without obtaining the prior written approval of the First Party.
