Sublicensee definition

Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.

Sublicensee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

Sublicensee means any person or entity granted a Sublicense.

• Any breach of the terms of this Agreement by a Sublicensee, including any act or omission by a Sublicensee which would have constituted a breach of this Agreement had it been an act or omission by the Company, shall constitute a breach of this Agreement by the Company.

Sublicensee means any third party to whom Licensee confers the right to make, use and sell Licensed Product and/or Licensed Processes.
