BRRD Party definition

BRRD Party means any Underwriter subject to Bail-in Powers.
BRRD Party means any party to this Agreement subject to the Bail-in Legislation.
BRRD Party means an institution or entity referred to in point (b), (c) or (d) of Article 1(1) BRRD.

  • Include “[ BRRD Party] and [BRRD Party] (each a “BRRD Party”)” where the liabilities of both parties under the Agreement may be subject to bail-in under the BRRD.

For the avoidance of doubt, The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch, as Trustee and Paying Agent and in any other capacity under the Indenture or this Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture is not a BRRD Party under the Indenture or this Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture.
BRRD Party means any Arranger or Dealer subject to EU Bail-in Powers;
BRRD Party means any Arranger or Dealer subject to Bail-in Powers;
