BRRD Party definition
BRRD Party means any party to this Agreement subject to the Bail-in Legislation.
BRRD Party means any Underwriter subject to Bail-in Powers;
BRRD Party means any Underwriter subject to Bail-in Powers.

The acknowledgement set forth in the Sections titled “Contractual Acknowledgement of Bail-in” in Schedule 1 to each of the Agreement Among International Underwriters and the Agreement Among Hong Kong Underwriters shall apply to this Agreement and be deemed to be given by each Underwriter which is not a BRRD Party (as defined in that Section).
In the event any BRRD Party has been notified by a Relevant Resolution Authority that it has become subject to the exercise of Bail-in Powers, such BRRD Party shall promptly notify the Company.
