Added Products shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 3(a) of this IP License Agreement.

Examples of Added Products in a sentence

  • Added Products will be added to the Order automatically for the remainder of the term at the applicable rates.

  • Added Products purchased from a party other than the manufacturer or an Avaya channel partner may be added to or declined from being added to the Supported Products at Avaya’s discretion, and will be subject to certification by Avaya at Avaya’s then current Services rates.

Related to Added Products

  • Excluded Products means the part(s) of the Products specified as such in the Lot Information and Conditions;

  • Finished Products means any one or more of the following petroleum oils, or a mixture or combination of these oils, to be used without further processing except blending by mechanical means:

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Additional Products means products, services and applications that are not part of the Services but that may be accessible, via the Admin Console or otherwise, for use with the Services.

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements. If Company desires to purchase an Enhanced or New Product(s) from Supplier, Company shall so notify Supplier and provide Supplier the opportunity to manufacture such Enhanced or New Product(s), subject to the following conditions and procedures.
