Net Advertising Revenues means, subject to Section 4.5(b) (Discounting and Subsidies) and Section 4.6(b) (Exceptions), the revenues actually received by Google for Advertising Uses displayed to U.S. users, less ten percent (10%) for Google’s operating costs.
