  • The Custodian shall transfer such commercial paper which is sold, or cancel such commercial paper which is redeemed, for the account of the Fund only upon contemporaneous (i) receipt of notice or advice that payment for such paper has been transferred to the CP System Account, and (ii) the making of an entry on the records of the Custodian to reflect such transfer or redemption and payment for the account of the Fund.

  • As between the parties, CP shall be the sole owner of ------------ all rights and interests in and to the Services, the CP System and the ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights therein (collectively, "CP Property").
