Allocable Share. (a) As to any Distribution Date and amounts distributable pursuant to clauses (i) and (iii) of the definition of Junior Optimal Principal Amount, and as to each Class of Junior Certificates, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Class Certificate Principal Balance of such Class and the denominator of which is the aggregate Class Certificate Principal Balance of the Junior Certificates.
Allocable Share. Not applicable.
Allocable Share. For any Distribution Date and with respect to each Class of Subordinate Certificates, the portion of the Aggregate Subordinate Optimal Principal Amount allocable to such Class, equal to the product of the Aggregate Subordinate Optimal Principal Amount on such Distribution Date and a fraction, the numerator of which is the related Class Principal Balance thereof and the denominator of which is the aggregate of the Class Principal Balances of the Subordinate Certificates.
Allocable Share. Group I Allocable Share or Group II Allocable Share.
Allocable Share. As used in this Agreement, the term "Allocable Share" means, at the relevant time of calculation with respect to any Guarantor, a fraction, the numerator of which equals such Guarantor's Allocable Amount and the denominator of which equals the Allocable Amounts of all the Guarantors.
Allocable Share. As to any Distribution Date, any Loan Group and any Class or Component of Certificates, the ratio that the amount calculated with respect to such Distribution Date (A) with respect to the Senior Certificates of the related Senior Certificate Group, pursuant to clause (i) of the definition of Class Optimal Interest Distribution Amount (without giving effect to any reduction of such amount pursuant to Section 4.02(d)) and (B) with respect to the Subordinated Certificates, pursuant to the definition of Assumed Interest Amount for such Class or after the third Senior Termination Date pursuant to clause (i) of the definition of Class Optimal Interest Distribution Amount (without giving effect to any reduction of such amount pursuant to Section 4.02(d)) bears to the aggregate amount calculated with respect to such Distribution Date for each such related Class of Certificates pursuant to clause (i) of the definition of Class Optimal Interest Distribution Amount (without giving effect to any reduction of such amounts pursuant to Section 4.02(d)) or the definition of Assumed Interest Amount for such Loan Group and Class, as applicable.
Allocable Share. (a) Certain costs of operating and maintaining the Common Areas and any other areas or items located on another Element that are the responsibility of Office Owner as set forth in this Declaration will be allocated among the Owners in the manner set forth on Exhibit E.
Allocable Share. With respect to each Property, the Contributors’ “Allocable Share” (which, as used in this Agreement, shall in all instances refer to the Allocable Share of the Contributors, collectively) of the prorations and adjustments for such Property pursuant to this Section 2.6 shall be the percentage set forth opposite such Property on Exhibit A-1.
