System Revenues means all rates, rents, fees, charges,
System Revenues means the revenue of the Public Passenger Transportation System and includes revenue from farebox, revenue from sale of passes and tickets, revenue from advertising contracts and any other Fare related revenue accruing from the operation of the Public Passenger Transportation System pursuant to this Agreement;
System Revenues means all revenues derived by the Municipality from the ownership and operation of the System.

The Borrower shall not incur any System Revenue Debt which has a lien on or constitutes a right to payment from the Borrower’s System Revenues which is superior to that of this Loan Agreement and the Borrower Bond.
The Borrower has not granted and shall not grant any lien on its System Revenues without the express prior written consent of the District, except as provided in this section, and except for liens securing System Debt outstanding on the date of this Loan Agreement which has been disclosed in Appendix F hereto.

More Definitions of System Revenues
System Revenues means the revenues derived by the Borrower from the fees and charges for the use and services furnished by or through the Borrower’s Public Water Supply System.
System Revenues means all income, rents, rates, fees, charges and other moneys derived from the ownership or operation of the Water System, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, consistently applied, including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, (i) all income, rents, rates, fees, connection fees, water system development fees, charges, standby charges, capacity charges or other moneys derived by the City from the water services or facilities, and commodities or byproducts, sold, furnished or supplied through the facilities of or in the conduct or operation of the business of the Water System, and including, without limitation, investment earnings on the operating reserves to the extent that the use of such earnings is limited to the Water System by or pursuant to law; (ii) any amount received from the levy or collection of taxes which are solely available and are earmarked for the support of the operation of the Water System; (iii) allocations from the Rate Stabilization Fund to the Water Fund; and (iv) grants for maintenance and operations to the extent that the restrictions for the use thereof do not preclude them from being applied to the payment of Maintenance and Operation Costs or the Obligations; provided, however, that System Revenues shall not include in all cases, (1) customers’ deposits or any other deposits or advances subject to refund until such deposits or advances have become the property of the City and (2) any proceeds of the voter-approved general tax imposed on the gross revenues of the Water System from user fees and charges, which proceeds are paid into the City’s General Fund pursuant to Section 3.20.010 of the Sacramento City Code (the “City Code”). System Revenues means the revenues derived from the Sewer Tax and all revenues, receipts, income and other monies hereafter received by or on behalf of the County from whatever source derived from the operation of the System, including, without limitation, the fees, deposits and charges paid by users of the System and interest earnings on the special funds established pursuant to the Indenture (other than the Rate Stabilization Fund) and any other funds held by the County or its agents that are attributable to or traceable from monies derived from the operation of the System, but excluding, however, any federal or state grants to the County in respect of the System and any income derived from such grants.
System Revenues means all gross income and revenue received or receivable by the Municipality from the ownership or operation of the System, determined in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, excluding grants, hookup fees and other nonrecurring revenues, but including without limitation, transfers from the Rate Stabilization Account and including all fees (excluding connection fees), rates, charges and all amounts paid under any contracts received by or owed to the Municipality in connection with the operation of the System and all proceeds of insurance relating to the System and investment income allocable to the System and all other income and revenue howsoever derived by the Municipality from the ownership, financing or operation of the System or otherwise arising from the System.“Tax Certificate” means the Tax Certificate delivered by the Authority at the time of the issuance and delivery of a Series of Bonds, as the same may be amended or supplemented in accordance with its terms.
System Revenues means all gross income and revenue received or receivable by the City from the ownership or operation of the System, determined in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, including all fees, rates, charges (including connection fees) and all amounts paid under any contracts received by or owed to the City in connection with the operation of the System and all proceeds of insurance relating to the System and all other income and revenue howsoever derived by the City from the ownership or operation of the System or arising from the System.
System Revenues means all rates, rents, fees, charges, payments and other income and receipts derived by the authority including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, investment proceeds and proceeds of insurance, condemnation, sales or other dispositions of assets, together with all federal, state or municipal aid as well as any other income derived from the operation of the water facility of the authority.
