Cash Receipts definition

Cash Receipts means all cash receipts of the Company from whatever source derived, including without limitation capital contributions made by the Member(s); the proceeds of any sale, exchange, condemnation or other disposition of all or any part of the assets of the Company; the proceeds of any loan to the Company; the proceeds of any mortgage or refinancing of any mortgage on all or any part of the assets of the Company; the proceeds of any insurance policy for fire or other casualty damage payable to the Company; and the proceeds from the liquidation of assets of the Company following termination.
Cash Receipts has the meaning provided in SECTION 2.18(d).
Cash Receipts has the meaning specified in Section 8.23(c).

More Definitions of Cash Receipts

Cash Receipts means all cash received by or on behalf of any Credit Party or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries, including without limitation: (a) any amounts payable under or in connection with any Oil and Gas Properties; (b) cash representing operating revenue earned or to be earned by any Credit Party or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries; (c) proceeds from Loans; and (d) any other cash received by any Credit Party or any of the Restricted Subsidiaries from whatever source (including, without limitation, amounts received in respect of the Liquidation of any Swap Agreement).
Cash Receipts means actual cash received on a cash basis by the Partnership from operating revenues of the Partnership, including without limitation rental income (but not any subsidy thereof from the General Partner or an Affiliate thereof), tenant security deposits that have been forfeited by tenants pursuant to the laws of the State, laundry income, paid to the Partnership, telephone hook-up or service income, cable fees or hook-up costs, telecommunications or satellite fees or hook-up costs, but excluding prepayments, security deposits, Capital Contributions, borrowings, the Mortgage Loan, lump-sum payments, any extraordinary receipt of funds, and any income earned on investment of its funds. Neither the General Partner nor its Affiliates shall be entitled to payment of any Cash Receipts for any reason, including but not limited to a separate contract, agreement, obligation or the like.
