  • In addition, during the performance of Pre- Construction Services, the Construction Manager shall provide the County with the Construction Manager’s Personnel Chart for Construction, as described in Paragraph 2.7.5.11, Chapter 2, Article 2 of Appendix “A”.

  • It shall be provided in languages comprehensible to the local community, Contractor’s personnel (including sub-contractors and day workers), Employer’s and Project Manager’s Personnel, and affected persons.

  • Work Product shall be and remain the Owner’s exclusive property, and shall not be used by Program Manager or Program Manager’s Personnel, except in connection with the Project, without the Owner’s prior written consent.

Manager’s Personnel means all individuals who are employed by or have entered into consulting arrangements with the Manager or any subcontractor under Section 2.3, other than the Crew. “Mediator’s Report” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 11.2(c). “Other Financing Agreements” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.2(c). “Parties” means the Company and the Manager, and “Party” means either one of them. “Performance Fee” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 8.5(a). “Person” means an individual, corporation, limited liability company, partnership, joint venture, trust or trustee, unincorporated organization, association, Governmental Authority or other entity. “Pre-delivery Purchases and Expenses” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.4. “Pre-delivery Services” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.3. “Public Offering” has the meaning ascribed to such term in the recitals to this Agreement. “Questioned Items” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 4.4(b), and “Questioned Item” means any of them. “Renewal Term” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 10.2. “SEC” means the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. “Severance Costs” means the termination or severance liabilities, costs and expenses that employers are legally obliged to provide or pay to or in respect of their employees, or the compensation or damages owed in lieu of such liabilities, costs and expenses, as a result of the termination of any employment. “STCW 95” means the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping to Seafarers, 1978, as amended in 1995 or any subsequent amendment thereto. “Stores and Equipment” means the stores, spares, lubricating oil, supplies and equipment that customarily are considered part of a Tanker for which a buyer would ordinarily reimburse a seller on the sale of such Tanker, and does not include consumables that are not of incremental value to the Tanker. “Strategic Opportunity” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.1. “Strategic Services” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 5.

Related to Manager’s Personnel

  • Contractor's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Contractor to provide services as per the contract.

  • Company's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by OIL or OIL's Contractor (other than the Contractor executing the Contract). The Company representatives of OIL are also included in the Company's personnel.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Resident Personnel means such persons who at the time of being so hired had their domicile inside India;

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties, as of such date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(a) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.

  • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under subparagraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Emergency medical services personnel means that term as defined in section 20904 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.20904.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;

  • HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers means the Controlling Shareholders (if any), directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives of the HSP. In addition to the foregoing, HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers shall include the contractors and subcontractors and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers or other representatives;

  • Relevant Personnel means the Data Processor’s employees, agents and personnel and such other personnel of the Data Controller as may be approved in writing by the Data Controller from time to time in respect of access to the Personal Data;

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Company Personnel means any current or former officer, employee, director or consultant of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Specified Personnel means the personnel specified in the Contract to provide the Services.

  • Supplier’s Manager means a manager who at the relevant time carries such designation from the Supplier under, or in accordance with, ARTICLE 5;

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:

  • Supervisors means employees who primarily perform supervisory functions, including the requirement to make recommendations regarding any staff or personnel matter. These staff or personnel matters include, but are not limited to, such areas as selection, promotion, appraisal, discipline, transfer, staffing needs, work methods, changes in terms and conditions of employment, grievances, or the interpretation and administration of the applicable Collective Agreement. “Supervisors” includes employees in other employee classifications who perform supervisory functions.
