Covered Personnel definition

Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties as of the date of the relevant act prohibited by this Section 2(a) or during the one (1) year period preceding such date.
Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Covered Parties, (A) if the relevant time of determination is before the Termination Date, as of such date of determination or during the one (1) year period preceding such date and, (B) if the relevant time of determination is after the Termination Date, as of the Termination Date or during the one (1) year period preceding the Termination Date.
Covered Personnel means any individual Person who as of the time in question is, or at any time within the two-year Look-Back Period prior thereto was, an employee or temporary or contract worker of, or other individual independent contractor to, the Company with whom the Participant had a supervisory or other working relationship during the Participant’s employment with the Company or about whom the Participant had knowledge or access to or use of Confidential Information relating to such Person’s position, responsibilities, performance or potential by virtue of the Participant’s employment by the Company.

  • If any Covered Personnel receive a response of conditionally disqualified or disqualified, further follow up is required.

More Definitions of Covered Personnel

Covered Personnel means the following:
Covered Personnel means all employees, contractors, and agents of each of NSBI and BOSS who perform, or supervise, oversee, or manage the performance of duties that relate to NSBI’s responsibilities under the Slamming Rules, Section 201(b) of the Act, and this Consent Decree, and includes customer service representatives, Sales Representatives, and Verifiers.
Covered Personnel means any Firm or BGH employee or consultant with whom I had material contact or dealings in the one year period immediately prior to the end of the Asia Service Period or in relation to whom I had access to confidential information.
Covered Personnel shall have the set forth in Section 5.5.
Covered Personnel means any Firm or BGH employee, consultant or Managing Director with whom I had material contact or dealings within the 12 months prior to the end of the Employment Period or in relation to whom I had access to confidential information.
Covered Personnel means any Person who is or was an employee, consultant or independent contractor of the Company, as of the Closing Date or during the one year period preceding the Closing Date. The terms “consultant” and “independent contractor” do not include Persons who are actively providing services in their field to other companies, such as accounting or law firms.
Covered Personnel or “Covered Person” means all employees and officers of GCI who perform, supervise, oversee, or otherwise conduct any activities that relate to GCI’s responsibilities under the RHC Program Rules, except for employees that solely perform activities involving network operations or maintenance or technical support. For purposes of Section 5 (Compliance Manual) and Section 6 (Compliance Training Program), Covered Personnel shall also include any personnel used by any Covered Third Party.
