Senior Management Personnel definition

Senior Management Personnel for this purpose shall mean employees of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. It would comprise all members of management one level below the executive director(s), including the functional / vertical heads.

Senior Management Personnel. :- shall mean the personnel of the Company who are members of its Core Management team, excluding the Board of Directors, comprising all members of management that are one level below the Executive Directors, including the functional heads.
