Without limitation, the Service Provider will comply, and will ensure that all Service Provider Personnel and Subcontractors comply, with requirements set out in the Policies and Standards.
Without limitation, the Director retains the right to prohibit any person (including the Service Provider and any Service Provider Personnel or Subcontractor) from taking any action, delivering any products or services, or otherwise doing anything in connection with this Agreement if the Director determines, at their sole discretion, that such activity does or may result in a conflict of interest.

The Contract Manager will be accountable to the Director for the overall performance of the Services, including for the conduct of the Service Provider, Service Provider Personnel and Subcontractors under this Agreement.
