Service Provider Personnel definition

Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.
Service Provider Personnel means all employees and Permitted Subcontractors, if any, engaged by Service Provider to perform the Services.
