Investment Earnings definition
Investment Earnings means, with respect to any Payment Date, the investment earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) on amounts on deposit in the Trust Accounts to be deposited into the Collection Account on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 5.01(b) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

Investment Earnings means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the investment earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) on amounts on deposit in the Trust Accounts (other than the Spread Account) and the Certificate Distribution Account.

No Equipment Note shall be secured by or entitled to any benefit under this Trust Indenture or be valid or obligatory for any purposes, unless there appears on such Equipment Note a certificate of authentication in the form provided for herein executed by the Mortgagee by the manual signature of one of its authorized officers and such certificate upon any Equipment Notes be conclusive evidence, and the only evidence, that such Equipment Note has been duly authenticated and delivered hereunder. The aggregate Original Amount of the Equipment Notes issued hereunder shall not exceed [__]% of Lessor's Cost.
