Investment Earnings definition

Investment Earnings means, with respect to any Payment Date, the investment earnings (net of losses and investment expenses) on amounts on deposit in the Trust Accounts to be deposited into the Collection Account on such Payment Date pursuant to Section 5.01(b) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Investment Earnings means, with respect to any date of determination and Trust Accounts, the investment earnings on amounts on deposit in such Trust Accounts on such date.
Investment Earnings means investment earnings on funds on deposit in the Trust Accounts net of losses and investment expenses of the Subordination Agent in making such investments.

Examples of Investment Earnings in a sentence

  • For purposes of determining the availability of funds or the balance in the Reserve Account for any reason under this Indenture Supplement, Investment Earnings on such funds shall be deemed not to be available or on deposit, except amounts retained pursuant to the preceding sentence.

  • On each Transfer Date (but subject to Section 4.11(c), (d), (e) and (f)), the Investment Earnings, if any, accrued since the preceding Transfer Date on funds on deposit in the Spread Account shall be paid to the Holder of the Transferor Interest by Indenture Trustee upon written direction of Servicer.
