The Owner Trustee has executed this Class A-1 Note on behalf of the Issuer, not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner Trustee under the Trust Agreement and the Owner Trustee shall be liable hereunder only in respect of the assets of the trust created by such Trust Agreement.
