Master Servicer Remittance Amount. With respect to each Master Servicer and each Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount equal to (a) all amounts on deposit in such Master Servicer’s Collection Account as of 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on such Master Servicer Remittance Date, net of (b) any portion of the amounts described in clause (a) of this definition that represents one or more of the following: (i) collected Monthly Payments with respect to any Mortgage Loan serviced by such Master Servicer that are due on a Due Date following the end of the related Collection Period, (ii) to the extent not covered by clause (i) above, any payments of principal (including Principal Prepayments) and interest, Insurance Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds and Liquidation Proceeds Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or REO Property serviced by such Master Servicer after the end of the related Collection Period, (iii) any Prepayment Premiums and/or Yield Maintenance Charges Received by the Trust with respect to any Mortgage Loan or successor REO Mortgage Loan serviced by such Master Servicer with respect thereto after the end of the related Collection Period, (iv) any Excess Liquidation Proceeds, (v) any amounts payable or reimbursable to any Person from such Collection Account pursuant to clauses (ii) through (xxii) of Section 3.05(a), and (vi) any amounts deposited in such Collection Account in error; provided that the Master Servicer Remittance Amount with respect to such Master Servicer for the Master Servicer Remittance Date that occurs in the same calendar month as the anticipated Final Distribution Date shall be calculated without regard to clauses (b)(i), (b)(ii), (b)(iii) and (b)(iv) of this definition.
Master Servicer Remittance Amount means, with respect to any Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount equal to: (a) the aggregate amount of all payments and other collections on or with respect to the Trust Mortgage Loans and any related REO Properties (including Loss of Value Payments and, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, any Initial Deposits) that (i) were Received by the Trust as of the close of business on the immediately preceding applicable Determination Date and (ii) are on deposit or are required to be on deposit in the Pool Custodial Account as of 12:00 noon (New York City time) on such Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date, including any such payments and other collections transferred or required to be transferred to the Pool Custodial Account from the Pool REO Account (if established) and/or a Loan Combination Custodial Account, net of (b) the portion of the aggregate amount described in clause (a) of this definition that represents one or more of the following--(i) scheduled Monthly Payments that are due on a Due Date following the end of the related Collection Period (or, in the case of a scheduled Monthly Payment that is due on a Due Date in the same month as such Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date but subsequent to the end of the related Collection Period, following the end of the calendar month in which such Trust Master Servicer Remittance Date occurs), (ii) any amount payable or reimbursable to any Person from the Pool Custodial Account pursuant to clauses (ii) through (xviii) of Section 3.05(a), (iii) any Excess Liquidation Proceeds and (iv) any amounts deposited in the Pool Custodial Account in error.
Master Servicer Remittance Amount. With respect to any Master Servicer Remittance Date, an amount equal to the sum of (i) all unscheduled collections of principal and interest on the Mortgage Loans (including Principal Prepayments in Full and Curtailments, Net REO Proceeds and Net Liquidation Proceeds, if any) collected by the Master Servicer during the prior calendar month and all scheduled Monthly Payments due on the related Due Date and received on or prior to the Business Day preceding such Master Servicer Remittance Date, (ii) all Periodic Advances made by the Master Servicer with respect to payments due to be received on the Mortgage Loans on the related Due Date and (iii) any other amounts required to be placed in the Collection Account by the Master Servicer pursuant to this Agreement but excluding the following:

Examples of Master Servicer Remittance Amount in a sentence

  • The Trustee shall be entitled to reimbursement of the amount of any Master Servicer Remittance Amount advanced thereby (together with any interest accrued thereon at the Reimbursement Rate) from general collections on the Mortgage Loans and REO Properties on deposit in the Collection Account, and the defaulting Master Servicer shall indemnify the Trust Fund for any such interest so paid to the Trustee out of the Collection Account.

  • On each Master Servicer Remittance Date, the Master Servicer shall withdraw from the Collection Account and deliver to the Trustee, for deposit in the Bond Account, an aggregate amount of immediately available funds equal to the Master Servicer Remittance Amount for such Master Servicer Remittance Date.

Related to Master Servicer Remittance Amount

  • Master Servicer Remittance Date means:

  • Servicer Remittance Date With respect to any Distribution Date, the 18th day of the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs or, if such 18th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day immediately following.

  • Seller Remittance Amount With respect to each Due Period and any Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Seller Remittance Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loan as of the related Determination Date. The obligation of the Servicer to pay the Seller Remittance Amount with respect to a Mortgage Loan is limited to, and the Seller Remittance Amount is payable solely from, the interest portion (including recoveries with respect to interest from Liquidation Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds and Insurance Proceeds to the extent permitted by Section 3.04 of this Agreement) of the Monthly Payments collected by the Servicer with respect to such Mortgage Loan, or as otherwise provided under this Agreement. In the event that the Trustee incurs reimbursable amounts in excess of the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount in any Anniversary Year, it may obtain reimbursement for such amounts in subsequent Anniversary Years, but in no event shall more than the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount in aggregate be reimbursed to the Trustee per Anniversary Year. Notwithstanding the foregoing, costs and expenses incurred by the Trustee pursuant to Section 6.14(a) in connection with any transfer of servicing shall be excluded in determining the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount limitation on reimbursable amounts per Anniversary Year. For the avoidance of doubt, (i) the Interest Remittance Amount available on each Swap Payment Date for distributions to the Supplemental Interest Trust Account shall be equal to the Interest Remittance Amount on the related Distribution Date and (ii) the Interest Remittance Amount for each Distribution Date shall be calculated without regard to any distributions to the Supplemental Interest Trust Account on the related Swap Payment Date.

  • Group I Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans.

  • Monthly Remittance Amount The sum of the Group I Monthly Remittance Amount and the Group II Monthly Remittance Amount.

  • Group II Interest Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, that portion of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date attributable to interest received or advanced with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans.

  • CREFC® Servicer Remittance to Certificate Administrator Template A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Interest Servicer Remittance to Certificate Administrator Template” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
