Each notice pursuant to this Section 6.03 shall be accompanied by a statement of a Responsible Officer of the Borrowers setting forth details of the occurrence referred to therein and to the extent applicable, stating what action the Borrowers have taken and propose to take with respect thereto.
Neither the Trustee nor the Collateral Agent shall be deemed to have knowledge or notice of the occurrence of any Default or Event of Default, unless a Responsible Officer of the Trustee or Collateral Agent, as applicable, shall have received written notice from the Company or a Holder describing such Default or Event of Default, and stating that such notice is a notice of Default (a “Notice of Default”).
