Reserve Account Deposit Amount definition

Reserve Account Deposit Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the excess of (i) the Specified Reserve Balance over (ii) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date, after taking into account the amount of any Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount on such Distribution Date and (y) the amount remaining in the Collection Account after taking into account the distributions therefrom described in clauses (i) through (xviii) of Section 5.7(a).

Reserve Account Deposit Amount means, (i) on the Closing Date, the Initial Deposit Amount and (ii) thereafter, for any Payment Date and the related Collection Period to the extent the amounts on deposit in the Reserve Account are less than the Reserve Account Requirement, an amount equal to the sum of (a) any Excess Amounts with respect to the related Collection Period and (b) net income realized on the investment of funds on deposit in the 200[ ]-[ ] SUBI Collection Account and the Reserve Account in respect of such Collection Period.

Reserve Account Deposit Amount means, on any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess of (A) the Reserve Account Required Amount over (B) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account (after giving effect to any Reserve Account Draws on such Payment Date).

Examples of Reserve Account Deposit Amount in a sentence

• Accumulation Period Reserve Account Deposit Amount: With respect to each Distribution Date beginning on the Accumulation Period Reserve Account Funding Date and until termination of the Accumulation Period Reserve Account pursuant to Section 4.13(e), the excess of (a) the Accumulation Period Reserve Account Required Amount for such Distribution Date, over (b) the Accumulation Period Reserve Account Available Amount for such Distribution Date.

• On the date of each Advance hereunder, the Borrowers shall deposit (or cause to be deposited from such Advance) in the Interest Reserve Account the Interest Reserve Account Deposit Amount for each Financed Property (to the extent not previously funded) and any Interest Reserve Account Shortfall Amount existing on such date.

Reserve Account Deposit Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the excess of (i) the Specified Reserve Balance on such Distribution Date over (ii) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date, after taking into account (a) the amount of any Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount on such Distribution Date and (b) the amount, if any, on deposit in the Reserve Account representing net investment earnings to be withdrawn pursuant to Section 5.6(a) and (y) the amount remaining in the Certificate Account after taking into account the distributions therefrom described in clauses (i) through (v) of Section 5.4(a).
