Conclusive Evidence. This Agreement shall be sufficient evidence of the matters specified herein and may be produced in court as evidence of the matters specified herein without the need to call for further or other evidence.
Conclusive Evidence. Our records (including electronic, computer and microfilm stored records) of all matters relating to the Card, the Card Account and/or of you and any certificate from us stating your liability to us as at any specified date shall be conclusive of their accuracy and authenticity and shall be binding on you for all purposes whatsoever.
Conclusive Evidence. 9.1 Our records in any form (including paper, electronic or other form) and any certificate issued by us (including reports, communications or statements electronically generated which requires no signature), or decision we make as to the monies and liabilities due to us or any other matter shall be final, conclusive and binding on you, save for fraud or manifest error.
9.2 We may record instructions and telephone conversations without notice to you. You agree that such recordings or their transcripts may be used as conclusive evidence of the instructions and telephone conversations.
Conclusive Evidence. Our records (including electronic, computer and microfilm stored records) of all matters relating to the Card, any Tokenised Card, Enabled Device or Digital Payment Service, the Card Account and/or of you and any certificate from us stating your liability to us as at any specified date shall be conclusive of their accuracy and authenticity and shall be binding on you for all purposes whatsoever. We shall be entitled to treat any person in physical possession and control of any Card and/or any Tokenised Card, Enabled Device or Digital Payment Service as the rightful holder or user thereof, and are entitled to rely upon any signature, digital certificate or token or use of the Card as conclusive evidence of the fact that the Card Transaction relating thereto was authorised and properly made or effected by the cardmember, and subject to Clause 4.3(a) and (b), shall not in any way be liable for any loss, costs, damages suffered by any person including the rightful holder of the Card with respect to any transaction effected through the Card and/or any Enabled Device.
Conclusive Evidence. 16.1. The Cardholder may check with AEON Credit customer service, AEON Credit website, AEON Wallet or alternatively from AEON Credit’s ATMs that display the “Visa” and “PLUS” logos the Stored Value of the Prepayment in the Cardholder’s Prepaid Card Account at any time and from time to time. However, the amounts reflected on the ATM screen against the Cardholder’s Prepaid Card Account shall not for any purpose whatsoever be taken as a conclusive Stored Value statement of the Cardholder’s Prepaid Card Account with AEON Credit as it shall not include Prepayment to the Cardholder’s Prepaid Card Account which have not been verified by AEON Credit.
16.2. The Cardholder may access Cardholder’s AEON Member Plus Visa Card Account statement online (“e-Statement”) free of charge via AEON Credit’s website or AEON Wallet by logging into Cardholder’s account with their user name and password.
16.3. The e-Statement will provide transactions history including fees and charges for the past Twelve
Conclusive Evidence. The Bank’s records (including electronic, computer and microfilm stored records) of all matters relating to the Card, the Card Account and/or of the Business Cardmember and Cardholder and any certificate from the Bank stating the Business Cardmember’s and Cardholder’s liability to the Bank as at any specified date shall be conclusive of their accuracy and authenticity and shall be binding on the Business Cardmember and the Cardholder for all purposes whatsoever.
Conclusive Evidence. 14.1 The Cardholder may check with AEON Credit Customer Service or alternatively from AEON Credit’s ATMs or from ATMs that display the MasterCard and Cirrus logos the available balance of the Prepayments in the Cardholder’s Account at any time and from time to time. However, the amounts reflected on the ATM screen against the Cardholder’s Account shall not for any purpose whatsoever be taken as a conclusive available balance statement of the Cardholder’s Account with AEON Credit as it shall not include Prepayment to the Account which have not been verified by AEON Credit.
14.2 The Cardholder may access Cardholder’s Prepaid Card Account statement online (“e- statement”) free of charge via AEON Credit’s website by logging into Cardholder’s account with their user name and password.
14.3 The Online Statement will provide Transactions history including fees and charges for the last 90 days, except for Transactions not yet processed by AEON Credit.
14.4 The Cardholder shall inform AEON Credit of any errors within 14 days from the date Transactions are posted to the Online Statement failing which the Cardholder shall be deemed to have accepted the entries contained in the Statement as correct and as final and conclusive evidence of the facts contained therein and binding on the Cardholder and the Cardholder shall thereafter be precluded from making any claims against the AEON Credit by alleging that its said statement contains any error, discrepancy or inaccuracy.
14.5 The Cardholder may request AEON Credit for a printed statement of account detailing the purchase transactions for the Card up to a period of three (3) months and AEON Credit shall be entitled to charge a fee of Ringgit Malaysia Five (RM5.00) only per statement or at such other rate as may be prescribed by AEON Credit from time to time and such fee may be debited by AEON Credit directly from the available balance of the Prepayments in the Cardholder’s Account. All information contained in such statements issued by AEON Credit shall be deemed to be accurate, conclusive and binding on the Cardholder unless the Cardholder notifies AEON Credit otherwise in writing within fourteen (14) Business Days of the date of receipt of such statements. For avoidance of doubt, such statement of account shall be deemed to have been duly received by the Cardholder within 48 hours from the date of posting.

Conclusive Evidence. To the extent no Note has been issued to a Lender, this Agreement shall be deemed to comprise conclusive evidence for all purposes of the indebtedness resulting from the Loans hereunder.
Conclusive Evidence. 17.1 If you, and/or the Other User make and admission or acknowledgement in writing of the amount of indebtedness to us and judgment recovered by us against you of such indebtedness shall be binding and conclusive in all courts of law in Malaysia and elsewhere.
17.2 You expressly and irrevocably agree that a certificate of indebtedness issued by our officer shall be conclusive and binding evidence as to the amount for the time being due and owing by you to us and it shall be conclusive evidence against you in and legal proceedings.
Conclusive Evidence. The records kept in the Platform shall be conclusive evidence of the facts and matters they purport to record.
