Sale and Servicing Agreement definition

Sale and Servicing Agreement means the Sale and Servicing Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, between the Seller, the Issuer, the Servicer and the Indenture Trustee, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Sale and Servicing Agreement means the Sale and Servicing Agreement referred to in Section 1.1.

As provided in the Indenture, the Notes may be redeemed, in whole but not in part, in the manner and to the extent described in the Indenture and the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, the Indenture Trustee may demand payment or delivery of, and shall receive and collect, directly and without intervention or assistance of any fiscal agent or other intermediary, all money and other property payable to or receivable by the Indenture Trustee pursuant to this Indenture and the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
