Liquidity Account Investments definition

Liquidity Account Investments means Deposit Securities or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated not less than A3 by Moody’s, A- by Standard & Poor’s, A- by Fitch or an equivalent rating by any other NRSRO (or any such rating’s future equivalent).
Liquidity Account Investments means Deposit Securities or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated not less than A-/A3 or the equivalent rating (or any such rating's future equivalent) by each NRSRO then rating such security or investment (or if rated by only one NRSRO, by such NRSRO) or, if no NRSRO is then rating such security, deemed to be, with the prior written consent of the Liquidity Provider, of an equivalent rating by the Investment Adviser on the Fund's books and records.
Liquidity Account Investments means Deposit Securities or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated at least investment grade by each NRSRO then rating such security or investment.

  • The Fund agrees that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the definition of Liquidity Account Investments, to the extent that any securities or investments rated below BBB- or the equivalent rating are to be considered Liquidity Account Investments, the Fund shall have first allocated as Liquidity Account Investments all securities and investments rated at or above BBB- or the equivalent rating.

Liquidity Account Investments means any Deposit Security or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated at least A- or the equivalent rating by each NRSRO then rating such security or investment, provided that any such Deposit Security or other security or investment shall be so rated by at least one NRSRO.

Liquidity Account Investments means Deposit Securities or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated not less than A3 by Moody’s, A- by S&P, A- by Fitch or an equivalent rating by any other NRSRO (or any such rating’s future equivalent) or if not rated, determined by the Adviser to be of comparable quality.
Liquidity Account Investments means Deposit Securities or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated in one of the top three long-term ratings categories by each NRSRO then rating such security or investment.
Liquidity Account Investments means (i) Deposit Securities or (ii) any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is assigned a rating by any of Moody’s, Fitch or Standard & Poor’s of not less than B3, in the case of Moody’s, or B-, in the case of Standard & Poor’s or Fitch, or an equivalent rating by any other NRSRO (or any such rating’s future equivalent).
Liquidity Account Investments means (i) any Deposit Security, (ii) any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated at least B- or the equivalent rating by at least one NRSRO, and (iii) if there is no Purchaser at the relevant time of determination, any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is unrated but judged to be of comparable quality by the Sub-Adviser, or, if there is a Purchaser at the relevant time of determination, any other security or investment owned by the Fund that, subject to the prior approval of the Purchaser, is earmarked by the Fund as a Liquidity Account Investment; provided, that this definition of Liquidity Account Investments is subject to the agreement in Section 6.13 hereof and any further agreements or modifications as may be agreed from time to time between the Fund and the Purchaser.
