Liquidity Account definition

Liquidity Account has the meaning set forth in Section 6.22(a).
Liquidity Account means any segregated account maintained by the Issuer with the Pledge Agent, relating to any single series of Securities and for the benefit of Holders of such series, it being understood that the Issuer is not required to have a Liquidity Account.
Liquidity Account means an account in the name of the Borrower with the Account Bank designated “Red Rose Shipping Corp. - Liquidity Account”, or any other account (with that or another office of the Account Bank which replaces such account and is designated by the Agent as the Liquidity Account for the purposes of this Agreement;

Examples of Liquidity Account in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of clause (A) of the preceding sentence, if the Redemption Date is the Term Redemption Date, then such deposit of Deposit Securities (which may come in whole or in part from the Term Redemption Liquidity Account) shall be made no later than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the Term Redemption Date.

  • The Deposit Securities included in the Liquidity Account for any Purchased VRDP Shares may be applied by the Fund, in its discretion, towards payment of the Redemption Price for such Purchased VRDP Shares.

  • Upon the deposit by the Fund with the Redemption and Paying Agent of Deposit Securities having an initial combined Market Value sufficient to effect the redemption of the MuniFund Term Preferred Shares of a Series on the Term Redemption Date for such Series in accordance with Section 2.5(d)(ii), the requirement of the Fund to maintain the Term Redemption Liquidity Account as contemplated by this Section 2.11 shall lapse and be of no further force and effect.


More Definitions of Liquidity Account

Liquidity Account means an account in the name of the Borrower with the Agent in Hamburg designated "Ultra One Shipping Ltd — Liquidity Account", or any other account (with that or another office of the Agent or with a bank or financial institution other than the Agent) which replaces such account and is designated by the Agent as the Liquidity Account for the purposes of this Agreement in accordance with the Agent's instructions in writing;
Liquidity Account means the account of that name in the Bond Fund established pursuant to the Indenture. "Liquidity Agreement" means the Standby Bond Purchase Agreement dated as of April 4, 2001, between theIssuer and the Bank, and any amendment, successor or replacement thereof.

Liquidity Account means the deposit account number XXXXXX6694 maintained with Bank of America; provided that, such deposit account is subject to no Liens other than the Administrative Agent’s first priority security interest and, subject to the Intercreditor Agreement, Liens permitted under Sections 7.1(q)(ii), (q)(iii) and (w).
Liquidity Account means the bank account opened in the name of the Original Guarantor with the Account Holder and designated as the "Liquidity Account".
Liquidity Account means an account to be established by the Issuer with the Offshore Account Bank prior to disbursement, to be pledged and blocked in favour of the Offshore Security Agent, and where the Offshore Account Bank shall waive any set-off rights to such account.
