Extended Facility definition

Extended Facility means any additional tranche established pursuant to Section 2.27 reflecting an extension of the maturity date and, if applicable, amortization schedule of any existing tranche.
Extended Facility means any additional tranche reflecting an extension of the maturity and, if applicable, amortization schedule of any Facility established pursuant to Section 2.12.
Extended Facility means, at any time, as the context may require, the aggregate amount of the LendersExtended Commitments and/or Extended Loans of a given Class at such time and, in each case, but without duplication, the Credit Extensions made thereunder.

More Definitions of Extended Facility

Extended Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(a).
Extended Facility means any Extended Term Facility and/or any Extended Revolving Facility, as the context requires.

Extended Facility any of the UK Borrower Extended Dollar Term Facility, the UK Borrower Extended Euro Term Facility, the Canadian Borrower Extended Term Facility, the Delayed Draw Extended Term Facility, the Canadian Borrower Extended Revolving Facility and the US Borrower Extended Revolving Facility.
