Special Payment definition

Special Payment. Means any payment (other than a Scheduled Payment) in respect of, or any proceeds of, any Equipment Note or Collateral (as defined in each Indenture).
Special Payment. Standard & Poor's", "Stated Interest Rate", "Subordination Agent", "Taxes", "Threshold Rating", "Trust Agreements", "Trustee", "Underwriters", "Underwriting Agreement" and "Written Notice".

  • The Trustee shall mail notice of each Special Payment and the Special Distribution Date therefor to the Certificateholder of this Certificate.

  • All income and earnings from such investments shall be distributed on such Special Distribution Date as part of such Special Payment.

  • In the case of any other Special Payments, such notice shall be mailed as soon as practicable after the Trustee has confirmed that it has received funds for such Special Payment, stating the Special Distribution Date for such Special Payment which shall occur not less than 15 days after the date of such notice and as soon as practicable thereafter.

Special Payment means with respect to any Tranche of Recovery Bonds, any payment of principal of or interest on (including any interest accruing upon default), or any other amount in respect of, the Recovery Bonds of such Tranche that is not actually paid within five (5) days of the Payment Date applicable thereto.
