Assistant Secretaries. At the request of the Secretary or in his absence or disability, the Assistant Secretary designated by him (or in the absence of such designation, the Assistant Secretary designated by the Board of Managers or the Chairman of the Board or the President) shall perform all the duties of the Secretary, and, when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all restrictions upon the Secretary. The Assistant Secretaries shall perform such other duties as from time to time may be assigned to them respectively by the Board of Managers, the Chairman of the Board, the President or the Secretary.
Assistant Secretaries. Except as may be otherwise provided in this Agreement, Assistant Secretaries, if there are any, shall perform such duties and have such powers as from time to time may be assigned to them by the Member, the President, any Vice President, if there are any appointed, or the Secretary, and in the absence of the Secretary or in the event of his disability or refusal to act, shall perform the duties of the Secretary, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the Secretary.
Assistant Secretaries. The assistant secretaries in order of their seniority, shall, in the absence or disability of the secretary, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the secretary and shall perform such other duties as the Board of Trustees or the chief executive officer shall prescribe.
Assistant Secretaries. The Assistant Secretary or, if there be more than one, the Assistant Secretaries in the order determined by the Board shall, in the absence (or inability or refusal to act) of the Secretary, perform the duties and have the powers of the Secretary.
Assistant Secretaries. The Assistant Secretaries will, in the absence or disability of the Secretary, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Secretary and will perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Managers may from time to time prescribe.
Assistant Secretaries. Each Assistant Secretary, if elected, shall have the usual powers and duties pertaining to his office, together with such other powers and duties as designated in this Agreement and as from time to time may be assigned to him by the President or the managers. The Assistant Secretaries shall exercise the powers of the Secretary during that officer’s absence or inability or refusal to act.
Assistant Secretaries. The assistant secretaries shall perform such duties as shall be assigned to them by the secretary, the chairman, the president or the Management Committee.

Assistant Secretaries. The Assistant Secretaries, when authorized by the Board of Managers, may sign with the President or a Vice-President, certificates for Capital Units of the Company the issuance of which shall have been authorized by a resolution of the Board of Managers. The Assistant Secretaries , in general, shall perform such duties as shall be assigned to the Secretary, or by the President or the Board of Managers.
Assistant Secretaries. In the absence of the Secretary or in the event of the Secretary’s inability or refusal to act, the Assistant Secretary, if any (or, if there be more than one, the Assistant Secretaries in the order designated or, in the absence of any designation, then in the order of their election), shall perform the duties and exercise the powers of the Secretary and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Managers, the Chief Executive Officer or the Secretary may from time to time prescribe.
