Administration Agreement definition

Administration Agreement means the Administration Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, between the Administrator, the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee, as the same may be amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Unless expressly authorized by the Issuer or in this Administration Agreement, the Administrator shall have no authority, and shall not hold itself out as having the authority, to act for or represent the Issuer in any way and shall not otherwise be deemed an agent of the Issuer.
