Note A shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

Note A means each Note listed on EXHIBIT A that has a designation beginning with “Note A”, individually or collectively, as the context may require.

For service as an RTC employees are entitled to one working day's vacation with pay for each 16 2/3 days of cumulative compensated service, or major portion thereof, during the preceding calendar year with a maximum of 15 working days' vacation until qualifying for further vacation under Clause (c) hereof.
