Services Provided to You. (a) CJC will provide you with the ability to deal in contracts for difference (“Contract”) and other derivative products (“Contract”).
(b) CJC will provide you with an electronic platform (“Trading Platform”) to execute trades.
(c) CJC does not provide any financial or investment advice.
(d) CJC may, from time to time, provide general information. None of this information should be considered as any form of advice. CJC does not guarantee the accuracy of any information or recommendation given to you or warrant the merit of any trade. You must assess the accuracy of information given to you and decide whether the information, recommendation or opinion is useful or suitable for you.
Services Provided to You. The Eat Fit Program team will provide nutritional analysis of your company’s menu items, recipes, and/or food products (“Items”) and identify Items that meet the Eat Fit Program nutritional criteria, which can be found on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Your company and your “Eat Fit” Items will be featured on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Eat Fit website and social media outlets, and your company will be added to the Fit NOLA | Eat Fit smart phone application, which connects the community with local companies that offer healthy Items. The Eat Fit Program team will periodically review your Items, modify existing Items, and create new Items that meet the Eat Fit Program nutritional criteria. The Eat Fit team will meet with you regularly, to ensure that the collaboration is as effective as possible, and assist with Item photography and social media promotions, as needed.
Services Provided to You. The practice's annual retainer fee covers the following services and amenities provided by ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, M.D. as set forth below: • 24/7 physician availability via direct personal telephone access. • Same day visit to your home, often within a few hours. • Visit duration of up to one hour and can be extended for additional consultation fee. • No charge for examinations. • 12 visits per year included at no charge.
Services Provided to You. 2.1 Cryptopay provides the following services to you through the Cryptopay Website:
2.1.1 allowing you to purchase Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency (“Cryptocurrency”) that can be purchased through the Cryptopay Website from Cryptopay (“Cryptocurrency Purchase”);
2.1.2 Cryptocurrency storage services, whereby Cryptocurrency (whether purchased from Cryptopay or transferred from an external Cryptocurrency wallet) is stored in a multi- currency digital wallet (“Cryptocurrency Storage”);
2.1.3 Cryptocurrency transfer services, whereby Cryptocurrency stored in your online Cryptopay wallet may be transferred to:
(a) another customer’s Cryptopay wallet; or
(b) a Cryptocurrency wallet, being either your wallet or another person’s wallet, maintained and operated by a third party (“Cryptocurrency Transfer”); and
2.1.4 Cryptocurrency withdrawals, whereby Cryptocurrency may be sold to Cryptopay in exchange for fiat currency with the proceeds being transferred to your Linked Account or Pre-Paid Card (as defined below) (“Cryptocurrency Withdrawal”).
