Used internally means in this context (i) the use only by employees who require the information in carrying out their work in order to be able to perform work duties related to trading on the Exchange and (ii) the use of the information for the purpose of performing an undertaking to act as Market Maker on the Exchange. A Member shall regularly enter a list of those individuals who have access to real-time market information and provide the Exchange with such list at the Exchange’s request.
