Direct Order definition

Direct Order shall refer to a Part that is not stocked by the Contractor in its usual course of business at its Contractor Location(s), and that may be acquired by the Contractor directly from the Part OEM or its Distributor(s).
Direct Order means when an individual Physician provides instructions to another member of the health care team or a group of health care team members. The order relates to only one patient and initiates a specific intervention or treatment to be delivered at a specific time. It may be verbal (over the telephone, via video conferencing, or in person) or written. A Direct Order takes place only after a physician-patient relationship has been established.
Direct Order means an instruction by telephone addressed directly by you to Barclays Singapore to buy or sell shares (the “Securities”). Barclays Singapore may electronically record your call. Barclays Singapore will if requested provide you with evidence of telephone instructions, which, if reasonably available, will include electronic recordings of the instructions.

  • To the extent of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and a Direct Order, this Agreement shall prevail (unless a Direct Order specifically states otherwise).

  • For clarity, unless a Direct Order specifies otherwise, the Wiz entity contracting with Customer hereunder will be (i) Wiz, Inc., if Customer is located outside of the UK or Europe or is purchasing via a cloud service provider marketplace; or (ii) Wiz Cloud Limited, a private limited company under the laws of England and Wales, if Customer is located in the UK or Europe and not purchasing via a cloud service provider.

  • Except as set forth in this Agreement or a Direct Order, all Fees and other amounts paid pursuant to this Agreement and an Order are non-refundable and without right of set off.

  • The elapsed time from receipt of a valid electronically submitted LSR (date and time stamp in EDI, or TAG) which falls out for manual handling until appropriate service orders are issued by a BellSouth service representative via Direct Order Entry (DOE) or Service Order Negotiation Generation System (SONGS) to SOCS and a Firm Order Confirmation is returned to the CLEC via EDI translator, or TAG.

  • Any special conditions must be expressed in writing either on the PO (purchase order), DO (Direct Order), or in the SOW (statement of work) that is attached to the PO/DO and the vendor must have agreed to any special acceptance time frames in advance.

  • Except as set forth in this Agreement or a Direct Order, all Fees and other amounts paid pursuant to this Agreement and an Order are non- refundable and without right of set off.

  • We may need to verify Your information prior to the acceptance of the Direct Order.

  • By providing Your payment, shipping, and billing information, You are granting Us the right to provide such information to third parties for purposes of facilitating such Direct Order.

  • To initiate utilization of Service Credit Hours, the Department will complete and submit to Contractor a task order using Appendix 3 to this Contract, entitled “Credit Hour Direct Order Request & Approval Form.” Unused Service Credit Hours will carry over to subsequent contract years and shall survive the expiration or termination of this Contract for 90 days.
