Direct Order definition

Direct Order shall refer to a Part that is not stocked by the Contractor in its usual course of business at its Contractor Location(s), and that may be acquired by the Contractor directly from the Part OEM or its Distributor(s).
Direct Order means an instruction by telephone addressed directly by you to Barclays Singapore to buy or sell shares (the “Securities”). Barclays Singapore may electronically record your call. Barclays Singapore will if requested provide you with evidence of telephone instructions, which, if reasonably available, will include electronic recordings of the instructions.You agree to be readily contactable at all times by us in relation to the conduct of the Direct Orders and you must provide us with updated telephone contact numbers to enable us to close automatically your positions, in particular, as a consequence of not being readily contactable by us.Short sales prohibited Short sales on Securities are strictly prohibited.Global Daily Limit The Global Daily Limit for your Direct Orders is the market value of orders transmitted to Barclays Singapore per trading day (i.e. intraday) which shall not exceed in aggregate the amount the amount that you tell us when you apply for this service or the counter value in other currencies (the ‘Global Daily Limit’).Your rights and obligations Prior to placing any Direct Order with Barclays Singapore, you mustensure that: (i) you hold sufficient balances or positions to fully cover any transaction and (ii) the Direct Order is not in excess of the Global Daily Limit. Any Direct Order that produces an overdraft or uncovered position is prohibited, unless expressly authorised in writing by us. You undertake that each Direct Order shall be placed on a Singapore Working Day with Barclays Singapore by telephone.
Direct Order means when an individual Physician provides instructions to another member of the health care team or a group of health care team members. The order relates to only one patient and initiates a specific intervention or treatment to be delivered at a specific time. It may be verbal (over the telephone, via video conferencing, or in person) or written. A Direct Order takes place only after a physician-patient relationship has been established.

  • Support order means a judgment, decree, order, decision, or directive, whether temporary, final, or subject to modification, issued in a state or foreign country for the benefit of a child, a spouse, or a former spouse, which provides for monetary support, health care, arrearages, retroactive support, or reimbursement for financial assistance provided to an individual obligee in place of child support. The term may include related costs and fees, interest, income withholding, automatic adjustment, reasonable attorney's fees, and other relief.
