Contract Execution. All required documents for execution of the contract shall be submitted within 30 days from the date of issue of letter of acceptance. If Contractor is a corporation, limited liability company, or general or limited partnership, Contractor shall, within thirty (30) days after execution of this Agreement, deliver to County a certified copy of a resolution of the Board of Directors or partner or member authorization of Contractor authorizing or ratifying the execution of this Agreement.
