Any lease agreement entered into by the Academy shall include a termination provision permitting the Academy to terminate the lease, without cost or penalty to the Academy, in the event that the Academy is required to close an Academy site covered by the lease (i) pursuant to a notice issued by the Department under Section 561 of the Code, MCL 380.561; or (ii) pursuant to a reconstitution by the University pursuant to Section 561 of the Code, MCL 380.561 and these Contract Terms and Conditions.
County shall have no obligation to pay any sum in excess of the fixed rates specified herein unless authorized by amendment in accordance with Articles "Changes" and "Amendments" of County Contract Terms and Conditions, which may require approval by the County Board of Supervisors.
