To the extent permitted by applicable law, You must ensure that third parties using the Cloud Service on Your behalf bring all claims related to the Cloud Service through You and waive all claims directly against Cisco related to those claims.

You are responsible for ensuring that all Authorized Users comply with the terms of this Agreement and You are liable for any breach of this Agreement by Your Authorized Users. If You have purchased the Cloud Service under a Miri buying program, further restrictions may apply. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you must ensure that third parties using the Cloud Service on Your behalf bring all claims related to the Cloud Service through You and waive all claims directly against Miri related to those claims.
Use by Authorized Users. Client is responsible for ensuring each Authorized User's and each Client Location's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Master Agreement and all applicable national, state, and local laws, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, compliance with, where applicable, HIPAA, the HITECH Act and GDPR.

Use by Authorized Users. You may create Authorized Users for DriveIT based on the number of users subscribed by you on the order form, provided that:-
(a) You shall be fully responsible for ensuring that such Authorized Users comply with this ▇▇▇▇ and the System Business Blueprint; and
(b) You shall be liable towards TC ITECH for any breach of this ▇▇▇▇ and/or the System Business Blueprint by such Authorized Users. Any proposed changes to the number of Authorized Users shall be subject to prior notice of at least fourteen (14) days, and the acceptance by TC ITECH of such changes. Upon TC ITECH’s acceptance, the subscription fee payable by You for the use DriveIT shall be adjusted accordingly based on the revised number of Authorized User.
Use by Authorized Users. Customer may allow third parties to use the Current Services solely on Customer’s behalf for Customer’s internal operations. Customer is responsible for ensuring that all Authorized Users comply with the terms of this Agreement and Customer is liable for any breach of this Agreement by Customer’s Authorized Users. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Customer must ensure that third parties using the Application Services on Customer’s be half bring all claims related to the Application Services through Customer and waive all claims directly against Current related to those claims. Customer is responsible for all activities that occur under Customer’s account, regardless of whether the activities are undertaken by Customer, Customer’s Authorized Users and, except to the extent caused by Current’s breach of this Agreement, Current and its Affiliates are not responsible for unauthorized access to Customer’s account. Customer will contact Current immediately if Customer believes, or has reason to believe, an unauthorized person may be using Customer’s account or if Customer’s account information is lost or stolen.
Use by Authorized Users. You may allow Your agents (collectively, Authorized Users) to use the Software solely on Your behalf for Your internal operations. You are responsible for ensuring that all Authorized Users comply with the terms of this DSLA, and You are liable for any breach of the DSLA by such Authorized User(s). To the extent permitted by applicable law, You must ensure that any third party using the Software on Your behalf bring all claims related to the Software to Your attention, and that such Authorized User(s) waive all claims directly against Dataworks related to such claims.
