Establishment of Committee. The Province may, at its sole discretion, require the establishment of a committee to oversee the Agreement (the “Committee”).
Establishment of Committee. A Labour Management Committee shall be established consisting of three (3) or up to four (4) representatives of the Union and the same number representing the Employer. There shall be a Coordinating Committee composed of one (1) representative of each Party, provided, that the Power Purchasers may participate as a non-voting observer through a single representative, whom they will designate from time to time. Each representative shall have one vote. Each Party shall provide all other Parties with written notice of its designated representative to the Coordinating Committee.
