Enterprise License definition

Enterprise License means a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and operate the Software Products, on applicable media provided by Vigilant or Vigilant’s certified reselling partners. This Enterprise Service Agreement allows Affiliate to install the Software Products on such devices, in accordance with the selected Service Package(s), and allow benefits of all rights granted hereunder this Agreement.
Enterprise License means a license model that permits use of specified Software for a number of Customer’s employees throughout Customer’s organization and sites. An Enterprise License enables Customer to standardize all Customer sites on the specified Software.

  • The initial ten hardware/operating systems may be specified at any time within five (5) years of the Enterprise License effective date.

Enterprise License. You are granted a license for all developers (individuals) within one physical address (company site). This license enables you to develop interfaces for the usage within your company (specific legal entity). It is not allowed to distribute or transfer ERPConnect® to any entity outside your company. The same applies to interfaces, developed with ERPConnect®.

Customer shall not be subject to any requirement by Interwoven to pay Software Update or Technical Support Fees on a per use or installation basis, provided that there shall be a requirement that such Fees shall be applicable to at least one instance of an Operational deployment in cases where a Major Business Unit is undertaking any such Non-Production Use or installation of the Software and does not yet otherwise have an Operational deployment in place and Customer seeks the benefit of Software Updates and/or Technical Support Services. "Operational" shall mean, under the Enterprise License, for the Software installations, only those server installations of Software which are deployed for operational ("production") use in support of Customer. After December 31, 2000 and at Customer's option and request as set forth herein such Operational Software shall only be subject to annual Software Updates and/or Technical Support Fees under the Agreement, including Customer's right to change Technical Support Services upgrades to different Support levels or to change the number of Technical Contacts, as described on Schedule 1.
