Enterprise License definition

Enterprise License means a license model that permits use of specified Software for a number of Customer’s employees throughout Customer’s organization and sites. An Enterprise License enables Customer to standardize all Customer sites on the specified Software.
Enterprise License means a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and operate the Software Products, on any applicable media, without quantity or limitation. This Enterprise Service Agreement allows Customer to install the Software Products on an unlimited number of devices in accordance with the selected Service Package, and allow benefits of all rights granted hereunder this Agreement.

  • This includes physical copies of all agreements referenced and incorporated in primary documents, including but not limited to any software licensing agreement for any software proposed to be licensed to the State under this Contract (e.g., EULA, Enterprise License Agreements, Professional Service agreement, Master Agreement) and any AUP.
