Business Partner definition

Business Partner means a legal entity that requires use of a training service in connection with Customer’s and its Affiliates’ internal business operations. These may include customers, distributors, service providers and/or suppliers of Customer.
Business Partner means an individual who: (a) is involved in a legal partnership; and (b) is actively involved in the day to day management of the business.
Business Partner means a legal entity or individual that requires access to the Software in connection with Licensee’s internal business operations, such as customers, distributors and/or suppliers of Licensee.
