Patent License Agreement definition

Patent License Agreement means the Patent License Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit C.

Patent License Agreement means the particular Patent License Agreement to which these Terms and Conditions are attached and incorporated into by reference.

Patent License Agreement means the Patent Cross-License Agreement dated as of the date of this Agreement by and between the Parties hereto.
