Research License has the definition set forth in Section 4.1.1 (Research License).

Research License means a nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and use the PATENT RIGHTS for purposes of research and not for purposes of commercial manufacture or distribution or in lieu of purchase.

Research License has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.1.

Research License means the nonexclusive research license with regard to a particular Research Antigen granted by Medarex to Celldex pursuant to Section 3.1.
